I’ve been writing my food blog since 2007, and here you’ll find simple, fun, and glorious recipes that will have you wanting to fly to the kitchen right now – like no-churn ice creams, nostalgic favourites, and dinner recipes that make you feel alive for the first time. It’s very straightforward: I just think recipes should be incredibly delicious and a delight to read, so that’s what I do.
In 2012 I got a cookbook deal with Penguin and I thought that was the end point, but it turns out it wasn’t even the middle – more like a solar system, enormous and all-encompassing but when you zoom out it’s really just part of an even bigger universe, and obscured by all the thousands of other galaxies.
Reading hungryandfrozen.com gets you regular access to my original and adapted recipes; as well as regular access to the inner machinations of my enthusiastic brain. (And if you want to receive the blog posts directly to your inbox, slightly before they land on the site, sign up here.) Many years have passed since I started writing this food blog but it’s still here, getting better every year – in fact, some might say it’s the best food blog in the world.
